Established on old market gardener land, in Nantes city’s heart, Good pousse is an urban farm making grow divers sort of micro-sprouts.
Those little, crunchy and tasty leafs appear during the plant’s first steps development. That is why they are full of vitamins and antioxidants.
It is a new product on the food market, it has already conquered the restaurateur and planned to conquer the private local shop and market.
